SHAMIL SHAAEV
Shamil Shaaev was born in 1988, lives and works in Paris. Graduated from the Languages & Literatures Department of the Bashkir State University (2005-2010, Ufa, Russia) and from "Free Workshops" of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art (2019-2020). In 2020, he was shortlisted for the Turbulence competition held by the Cultural Creative Agency of the Cosmoscow contemporary art fair (Moscow). Shamil is a co-founder of the self-organized group of artists and curators "Disk" (est. 2019).
